Larry Mochizuki Obituary
March 27, 1950 - February 18, 2024
Larry Frank Mochizuki died on February 18, 2024, due to complications from diabetes. He was 73 years-old. After graduating in computer science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, he moved north to Sunnyvale where he worked as a programmer. He left that job after 15 years to become an independent coin dealer in Cotati.
Larry was born in Fresno to Robert and Masako Mochizuki on March 27, 1950. He is survived by a sister, Carol Ann Chin, two brothers, Robert Michele and Chris Steve Mochizuki, and their respective families. At Larry's request, no public memorial service is planned; he wished to end his life as he had lived it: quietly and privately.
