Lois Murell Obituary

Lois A. Murell
November 20, 1920 - April 8, 2024
Lois A Parish, 103 years of age, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2024 at her home at Brookdale assisted living in Windsor California. Born November 20, 1920 in El Paso, TX to her parents William C. Parish and Willie C. Parish who precede her in death along with her siblings, Juanita A. Franklin and Mildred P. Massey.
Lois leaves behind her loving nieces Congresswoman Barbara Lee (Rev. Clyde Oden), Mrs. Mildred Whitfield (Calvin), Mrs. Beverly Hardy (Martin), a host of great and great-great nephews and nieces, and extended family and friends.
May God welcome Auntie Lois with open arms where she has joined her beloved family and the angels in everlasting life. May she rest in peace and happiness, free of the burdens of the world which she impacted in a magnificent way. As Proverbs 31:31 reminds us "Honor her for all that her hands have done and let her works bring her praise at the city gate. May Lois A. Parish rest in peace and in love.
A private internment will take place at Santa Rosa Memorial Park.

My mom, Elisabeth, was one of her best friends. They went on many travel adventures together. I hope they will meet again in the hereafter.
