This is for Pete's family. My mother Julia Jacobsen Cook lives here with me and she is going to be 95. She was a very close friend and neighbor on Chapman Ave. Pete was the God-Father to my sister Arline Casarotti Lamb. We loved him and will miss him. What a great man:)

Mr. Matzen was a good friend of my late father Larry Martini who passed in 2005. I remember occasions when Pete would drop by to visit daddy and I know how happy my dad was when he did. They had their own bond probably went back many years. Father respected Pete and I was always very impressed at what a gentleman he was. My condolences.

Pete was a great guy. I met him in 1980 while working at Mill Valley Realty. I'm sorry for your loss - Pete will be sorely missed.
