Raymond Hacker Obituary

Departed this world after a sudden and short battle with cancer. He was born on Sept. 15, 1946 in Santa Rosa. Ray is survived by his mother Helen Hacker of Sandpoint, ID; sister Pat Hacker of San Francisco, uncle Frank (Georgina) Bayt of Santa Rosa, aunt Frances Bayt of Santa Rosa, uncle Joe (Lilly) Bayt of Lafayette, uncle Anthony "Tony" Bayt of Santa Rosa, his ex wife Jennifer Kennedy and several Hacker and Bayt cousins in the Bay Area and elsewhere. Ray was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and serving in Korea as an MP, after discharge from the Army he worked for the Post Office in Santa Rosa. After his retirement he pursued his love of motorcycling. Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Catholic Cemetery Chapel, Santa Rosa. Memorial donations may be made to the Sonoma Co. Humane Society, PO Box 1296, Santa Rosa, CA 95402. Santa Rosa Mortuary Eggen & Lance Chapel, 545-3747.
