Ryan McNaught Obituary
October 3, 1977 - October 14, 2021
It is with extreme sadness that we announce Ryan passed away suddenly from a massive pulmonary embolism. Ryan was at home with his beloved dog, O'Reilly.
Ryan was born in Petaluma and went to Wilson Elementary, PJHS, PHS and Santa Rosa Jr College. He worked as a cook at Mr. Mom's as his first job and as a manager for Hartman Studios.
He is predeceased by both sets of grandparents, his brother, Miles McNaught as well as his best friend, Ethan Vance. He is survived by his parents John and Adriane McNaught, his sister Anaise McNaught and her husband Lincoln Barr, nephews Jacob and Presley Barr, niece Amalie Barr, his uncles Carl and Edward Baumann, Bob Knoth and aunts Linda Knoth, Dana and Debbie Baumann and his best friend and love Rachel Hole.
Ryan's sport was football and never missed a 49er game. He loved to host his annual Super Bowl party for family and friends. He also loved travelling with his family and friends. Ryan is loved by his family and friends and leaves us with wonderful memories that will be cherished. He was quiet by nature but loved by all who met him. He had a smile that lit up a room.
A private family burial will be held at the Cypress Hill Memorial Park in Petaluma. A celebration of his life is being planned for the near future.
