Age 56, passed away on April 9, 2017 in Riverside, CA. He was born on September 18, 1960 in Loma Linda, CA. He lived in Grand Terrace, CA for the last 6 years. He was a correctional officer for the State of California.
Jess is survived by his wife Lorraine Navarro of Grand Terrace, CA; sons Bartholomew Navarro (Charlotte), Mitchell Navarro and Benjamin Navarro, all of Riverside, CA; sisters Esther Marie Navarro of Killeen, TX and Cynthia Kupfer (Bill) of Riverside, CA; brother Ramon Paul Navarro, Jr. of Riverside, CA. and parents Paul and Rosie Navarro.
Visitation: Friday, April 21, 2017 from 9:00am - 10:30am; Rosary at 10am; Funeral Mass at 10:30am, all at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Graveside Service will be at Evergreen Memorial Park at 11:30am. PRESTON AND SIMONS MORTUARY,

Prayers for the Navarro families. I knew Jess growing up going to catechism in highgrove, attending North high school and as an adult having a few hanging out at my sister Elaines house in Riverside or the American Legion. RIP my friend.
