Phillip Eugene Self

04/24/1948 - 01/29/2022 Born to Loman Joseph Self and Mary Louise Self in Riverside, Ca. Phillip along with his three brothers Benny, Jimmy, Larry Self grew up in Perris, Ca. Later in life he and his wife Maria of 43 years and granddaughter, relocated to Apple Valley, Ca where they resided 20 years. Phillip was a proud marine and served in Vietnam. He was a professional mechanic and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and many other sports. He is survived by five sons, Anthony, Gene (deceased in 2021), Tim, Christopher, Erik and two daughters, Prescilla and Christine Self (deceased in 2016). He will be missed by his brothers Benny, Jimmy, and Larry Self, he leaves behind fifteen grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. Phillip was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather. May God accompany him always. He will be greatly missed.
