In Loving Memory of Beverly "Hafsah" Abdullah.

Beverly Abdullah, affectionately known as Hafsah, returned to her Creator on Monday, October 13, 2025, in Sicklerville, New Jersey. She was 60 years old. Born on September 14, 1965, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Hafsah lived a life rooted in faith and enriched by the love she gave and received.

Known for her sharp wit and infectious humor, Hafsah brought joy and laughter wherever she went. Her presence was marked by wisdom, warmth, and a deep spiritual strength that remained steadfast even through illness. To be in her company was to experience both heartfelt laughter and meaningful reflection.

She embraced her roles as Mom, Jeddah, and Sister Hafsah with pride and unwavering devotion. She leaves behind her beloved children: Maryam Pollard, Ismail Abdullah, Habibah Abdullah, Sulaimaan Abdullah, and Musa Abdullah. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Salahuddin Abdullah, Yasin Abdullah, Abu'Bakr Abdullah, Ra'dira Williams (late), Hafash Pollard, Hasnaa Pollard, Hamir Oglesby-Pollard, Zaynab Pollard, Ismail Abdullah Jr., Kiturah Abdullah, and Ibrahim Abdullah. She also held dear her great-grandson Ayaan King (late).

Hafsah is also remembered with love by her siblings: Gena Bell, Jerdlylia Martin, and Darrin Edwards; and a special friend, George Meadows Jr.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to cousins Sabina R. Noisette, Maryam Taylor Noisette and Tina Quick for their unwavering support and compassion throughout Hafsah's journey.

May Allah grant Hafsah eternal peace and surround those who loved her with comfort during this time of remembrance.
