Charles Eugene "Bud" Cranmer Jr., age 85, of Tuckerton, NJ, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025 at home with family. He was born in Tuckerton, NJ to the late C. Eugene Cranmer, Sr. and Helena Morey Cranmer. He married Avis in 1965. Bud was an Accountant for almost 50 years. He began his career in the mid 1970's and founded his own accounting firm, C. Eugene Cranmer, Jr. Public Accountant in Tuckerton, NJ in 1985. He worked until November 2025. He is survived by his son, Kevin Cranmer of Tuckerton; daughter, Stefanie Curran (Ben) and grandchildren Nathan, Rebecca, and Margaret of Atlanta, Ga. He was predeceased by his parents; his wife Avis; his brother Dale Cranmer; and his sister Julia Leitz.
A burial will be held at Tuckerton Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 10 a.m. Following the burial, a memorial service will be held at the Tuckerton United Methodist Church, 134 N. Green Street, Tuckerton, NJ 08087 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Tuckerton United Methodist Church.
