Catherine Dow Obituary

Cathy passed peacefully from Alzheimer's in Linwood, NJ. She worked in Atlantic City since 1984 she retired from Trump Taj Mahal in 2015 as an Assistant Shift Manager. She made many life long friends as well as happy bellies with her meatballs that she made and took to work often. She met her husband Mark Collins in 1981 and have been together ever since. Traveling was their thing and they made many great memories over the years on their many trips and cruises.
She was predeceased by her mother and father, Jane Cordo Cameron and John Cameron; her brother, Bruce Cameron; and her great granddaughter, Payton Dow. Survived by her brother, Chris Cameron (Jamie). She leaves behind her best gifts ever, David Dow (Linda), Suzanne Tavarez (Randy Prindle); her four grandchildren, Bridget Scarangella (Anthony) David John Dow (Ash Rivera) Sarah Tavarez (Jamie Hagedorn) Samantha Tavarez; and two great grandchildren, Cayden and Carter Scarangella. Anyone that knew her knew stories of her children and grandchildren as they were everything to her! She could not have been more proud of the family she built and the love that she left with us!
A gathering will be held Sunday January 19th at the Wimberg Funeral Home in Galloway, 211 E Great Creek Rd., Galloway NJ 08205 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a service to begin at 12:30 p.m. For directions and condolences please visit, Wimbergfuneralhome.com
