Mattox, Chuck R., - 57, of Atlantic City, affectionately known as "Bazil", of Atlantic City, New Jersey, passed away at home on Monday ~ November 29th, 2021. Born in Rocky Mount, Virginia, Bazil relocated to Atlantic City, NJ as a young child. He attended the local Atlantic City Public School system. Bazil had a tremendous love for music, TV watching and most of all - spending time with this family. Bazil is predeceased by: his Mother, Edna Mattox; his two Sisters, Ella and Jackie; and his two Brothers, Thomas and Johnny. He is survived by and leaves to uphold his one of a kind memories: his one loving Son, Jamil; his five caring Sisters, Barbara, Janie, Louvenia (Beany), Joyce, and Betty; his one caring Brother, Malik; his adoring significant other, Michelle James; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, other loving relatives and many friends. Mr. Chuck R. Mattox will be dearly missed. Janazah Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday ~ December 1st, 2021 at 11:00am at All Wars Memorial Building - Soldiers Home located at 1510 Adriatic Avenue Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
