To Michael and Patrick,
It is with deepest sympathies that we send our love and prayers to you and your family. I was saddened to hear of your Dad´s passing but my mind immediately returned to those days of playing in the yard and hanging out at your home. Your father and mother were so kind and shared their love with all even outside of the family. We pray the God will comfort you all through this season. I am sorry I was not able to attend service but look forward to reuniting with you guys soon. God Bless.

My freshman year at Oakcrest was made so much better by having Mr Colman as a teacher. He radiated love of history and teaching. He still had the same enthusiasm years later when he also taught all three of my children.

Marcia, Michael, Patrick, & Wayne so very sorry to learn of your loss. Dale was truly a very kind caring hard working man. Enjoyed growing up with him and playing basketball together in the old Ventnor yard. Had many great summers with him at the " DROP " on Little Rock Avenue. He was always the first one there and the last to leave. He was a hard worker and lead by example. Just a kind humble caring friend. He will be missed by all who knew him. R I P Dale. A very sad day - Dale was a great friend and a true professional. He and i coached soccer together for a number of years at Oakcrest High School. When Absegami opened he became their head coach and was very successful. We then enjoyed coaching against each other and as stated - always professional. I extend our deepest sympathy to Marcia and family and offer our prayers and deepest sympathy

Dear Marcia and Family, our sincerest sympathy. What a memorable person. My special memory of him came years after we attended Glassboro State College. One day he told me that he often sat in the balcony of Wilson Hall quietly listening to me play the piano. I had often seen him playing basketball at the college-what a player he was. After college, we both taught at Oakcrest and Absegami. So very happy that our paths crossed. May God rest his soul. Dan and Maria Walters (Margate)

Mr. Colman was like a father figure to me in high school. He was my history teacher and soccer coach at Absegami from 82-86. Was always there for me and pushed me to be my best. Made me a better player and person while he was my coach. After I graduated I sent him Christmas cards every year because he had that much of an impact in my life. We lost touch and that was sad. He was truly a mentor and a wonderful man. Rest in peace. My condolences to all the family. He will truly be missed. God bless

Mr. Coleman used to have his students watch the news and give us a quick quiz as soon as class started. It became a habit for me. I'm 46 now. I still watch ABC World News. My family watches it during dinner. We have conversations and discussions. This is because of Mr. Coleman.

RIP sir, and thank you.
