Edward Stairiker Obituary

STAIRIKER, EDWARD FRANCIS, "Mr. Ed", 79 - of Northeast Philadelphia, PA, died Wednesday March 14, 2007 at Vitas Hospice at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia following a lengthy illness. Born in Philadelphia, he resided in the Holmesburg section of Northeast Philadelphia for the last 17 years. Ed was an Army veteran of World War II. He formerly owned and operated Central Supply and Vending and Ed's Furniture both of Atlantic City. Beloved son of the late Anna (nee Franz) and the late Thomas Stairiker. Devoted brother of Anna Mae. Atherholt (Bill), Barbara Morris Fox, James C. Stairiker, Margaret Guckin (Joseph), the late Thomas Stairiker and the late Catherine "Sissy" Keller (Keith), his twin sister. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing and Funeral Monday 8:30 - 9:30 am at John F. Fluehr & Sons Funeral Home 3301-15 Cottman Ave Philadelphia PA 19149. Funeral Mass 10:00 am St. Matthew Church 3000 Cottman Ave Philadelphia. Rite of Committal Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Wyndmoor PA. No viewing Sunday evening.

Uncle Ed, you've given me a gift of memories that will last more then one man's lifetime. You will live on in the memories I share with my family. You will be sorely missed until we meet again.
