EVA DORIS WISNER

WISNER, EVA DORIS 95 - of Ocean View, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the Ocean View Center. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was formerly of Ocean City, NJ and Palermo, NJ before moving to Ocean View, NJ. She was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Ocean City, NJ where she served as Past President of St. Mary's Guild and started the Episcopal Church Woman's evening group. Mrs. Wisner was Past President of the Civic Club in Ocean City, Past President of the Women's Regular Republican Club, and a member of the Colony Club of Ocean City. She was a Charter member of Ladies Auxiliary of Lehigh Consistory in Allentown, PA, a 53 year member of O.E.S. Chapter of PA, and had served as Past President of Women's Club of Quaker Town, PA. She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen H. Wisner and a brother, Frank L. Forster, III. Surviving are two daughters, Linda W. Thompson and her husband Bruce of Somers Point, NJ, Robin Wisner Dorkowski of Atlantic County, NJ, a son, Reverend Stephen F. Wisner and his wife Theresa of Wall Township, NJ, four grandchildren, Christine Tola (Ryan), Stephen F. Wisner, Jr. (Jackie), Allison Wisner, Mary Iaconelli, and five great grandchildren. Burial Office and Holy Eucharist will be offered Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock from Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 30th Street at Bay Avenue, Ocean City, NJ where friends may call from nine o'clock until the time of service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, Somerton, PA. The family suggests those who desire send memorial contributions to the charity of one's choice.
