As the Track Announcer at Atlantic City Speedway and Bridgeport Speedways in the 70's I was a friend of Gary's and he was always so kind to me and put up with my bad jokes. A great guy who loved his family and had such a passion for stock car racing. Good bye, Gary, my old friend. You're pain and suffering had ended and the good Lord I know is comforting you now. Rest in peace my friend.
