James "Coach" Heisler

1958 - 2022

Heisler, James "Coach", - of Upper Township, was born on May 15, 1958 in Riverside, NJ. He was a devoted father, a business owner, and a pillar of the community who dedicated much of his life to coaching wrestling. He worked hard so he could create opportunities for his family and his community. Friends and family will remember his love for the Eagles, crabbing, the music of John Prine, and walks in the park with his four-legged friend Sammie. He is remembered most, however, for how easily and often he could make others laugh. He passed away in comfort on Tuesday, May 24 in the loving company of his sister, Susan. In his final days, he was visited by many of the people whose lives he touched with his kindness and generosity. He is preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth, his father James, and his sister Angel. He leaves behind his sisters Susan and Jane, his sons Andrew and Ben, his grandson Cameron James, his love Patti, and all the young men he dedicated his life to coaching.
