Kern, Jeffrey Jon, - 25, of Woodbine, NJ, born February 29, 1996, it is with deepest sorrow, we announce that Jeffrey Jon (Big Country) Kern, our most beloved son, brother, family member, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at the young age of 25. Jeff was the first born to Richard Kern and Barbara Post (Kern) as a leap baby and was as unique as his birthday. Growing up Jeff loved going to Disney, playing football, skiing, riding motorcycles, and was an avid outdoorsman – hunting, trapping, and fishing with his Dad, grandfathers, and uncles. Jeff was also a devoted father to his children, Paisley Ellen Kern (9) and Ryker Kern (22 months) who are the light of his life. Jeffrey especially loved and adored his grandmothers Mary and Cindy who he said always had his back no matter what. Jeff lived his life his own way and faced life's struggles by putting on a tough exterior but all we saw was his big loving heart. The legacy of Jeffrey's spirit, passion for the outdoors and love of his family and friends will live on through the ones he has left behind. Jeff is survived by his girlfriend, Brandi and her sons Gino, Oli, and Austin; his loving parents Rick Kern (Laurie Baglio) of Eldora, Barbara Post (John) of Dennisville, his best friend and little sister Kelsea (Dennisville), his children Paisley Ellen (Kourtney – South Carolina) and Ryker (Nancy – New Jersey), many family members including aunts, uncles, cousins, and his large group of friends. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Cindy Pikolycky (2017), aunt Lisa Anne Flara (Lombardo – 2019), and grandmother Mary Lombardo (2021). Our hearts are broken. We are honored to have been a part of your life. Ride Free Jeffrey. Please join us in a celebration of life and remembrance of Jeffrey on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will be private in St. Casimir Cemetery, Woodbine. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the children. Checks can be made out to either Paisley Kern or Ryker Kern and given to Richard or Barbara. Condolences at

I never met Jeff but I was a friend of his Grandmother Cindy. I know she loved him very much. I know she will be greeting him at Heaven's Gate. May he rest in peace with her.
