Jeffrey R. Quig

QUIG, JEFFREY R., 56 - of Medford Township, died Thursday at home. Born in Trenton he was the son of the late Helen Bayzath Quig. He resided in Florence Township before moving to Medford 13 years ago. Jeff was an avid fisherman and motorcycle enthusiast. He was the proprietor of Jeff Quig Home Improvements and Construction with 20 years service. Mr. Quig was employed by East Windsor Township as the Building and Plumbing Inspector and Fire Sub Code Official. He was a member of St. Mary of the Lakes Roman Catholic Church, Medford, Local 1032 Communications Workers of America, K of C Council 6520, Medford, and Burlington HOGS. Survived by his wife, Christine Ordog Quig; daughters, Jennifer Quig of Brigantine, Jessica Quig Clark of Easthampton; son, Jeffrey Colona of Edgewater Park; father, John Quig of Florence; sister, Jacqueline Burg of Florence; brother & sister-in-law, Frederick & Cynthia Quig of Burlington; two grandchildren, Ashley & Natalie Clark; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, & uncles; three brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Paul & Janice Ordog, Elizabeth & David Yansick, Stephen & Karen Ordog. Visitation: Monday 6 to 9 p.m. at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling. Funeral will be Tuesday 8:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Lakes Roman Catholic Church, 40 Jackson Road, Medford. Burial will be private.
