Jeffrey A. Wetzel

WETZEL, JEFFREY A. 45 - of Vineland, died suddenly on Thursday while performing his postal duties. Mr. Wetzel was born in Pottsville, PA and had resided in Vineland for the past 40 years. He was the son of the late Arthur E. Wetzel. Jeffrey had been employed as a U.S. Letter Carrier for the past 23 years working out of the Vineland Post Office. He enjoyed volunteering with the Cub Scouts and served as a Pack Master with Pack #10. Jeff also enjoyed cycle riding, fishing and camping. He was a graduate of Vineland High School Class of 1981. He is survived by his wife: Lori (Newsome); 2 children: Afton Wetzel and Colton Wetzel. Mother: Beverly A. Wetzel; three sisters: Tammy Wetzel, Susan Williams and Pat Leatherwood as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon on Monday in the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Road, Vineland, NJ with burial to follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville. Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 and again on Monday from 10:30 to 12 Noon at Pancoast's. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Jeffrey A.
