Barker, John L., - 48, of Smithville, N.J., passed away Thursday, June 16, 2022. He was born in Toms River, N.J., residing in Little Egg Harbor prior to moving to Smithville. John was a self employed painter. He was predeceased by his father John J. Barker. John is survived by his partner Janice Malone, of Smithville, N.J., mother Ruth Edwards and husband James, formerly of Little Egg Harbor and Tuckerton area prior to moving to Little River, S.C., sister Debra L. Barker Price and David Kirk, of Barnegat, N.J., and brother James Edwards Jr. and Jennifer, of Manchester, N.J., along with two nieces and 2 nephews.
