Healy, Joseph Patrick, III, - 59, of Upper Township, Joe passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 11 at the age of 59. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Charlene, his son Joe (Mae), his two grandchildren (John and Kate), his daughter Jamie, his sisters Barbara (Bob), and Jane (Rick), and many nieces and nephews. Joe was born in Wilmington, DE and graduated from Brandywine High School in 1981. He started working at Sheehy Ford in Wilmington in 1982 and eventually became a partner in the company and opened a new dealership in EHT in 1991, which is what brought him and the family to NJ. He ended up working in the car business for 39 years in a variety of capacities. He was also a member of the Marmora Volunteer Fire Department and the Upper Township Zoning Board. Joe was a jack-of-all-trades around the house and wore many hats at home and in the community. On any given day, he could be a handyman, pool boy, car guy, weatherman, food or drink connoisseur, Eagles fan, electrician, plumber, and overall fun guy to be around. We are celebrating his life on his birthday, Friday, July 16 at Yesterday's – 316 Roosevelt Blvd in Marmora. The service will start at 11:30am with visitation immediately after the service. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Marmora Volunteer Fire Company, PO Box 127, Marmora, NJ 08223. For condolences to the family, visit www.godfreyfuneralhome.com
