She is survived by her father, Alfred Freeman Sr. of Somers Point; two brothers, Alfred Freeman Jr. and his wife Jane of Mays Landing and Charles E. Freeman Sr. and his wife Doris of Egg Harbor Township and one sister, Patricia Freeman of Egg Harbor Township; sister in law, Debbie Hoffman and her husband Dick of Elm; special friends, Robyn Dove and Joanne Gazo; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and her cat Boo-Boo. A Memorial Service will be private and announced at a later date at the request of Kathy. All donations can be mailed to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 1415 Route 70E, Cherry Hill. ?? ?? ?? ??
