My deepest condolences to the McPhillips Family. I worked with Marge at the Sands Casino. Marge was a kind and helpful coworker. She trained and mentored many of the new hires. We shared many lunch hour conversations about our families and gardening. I watched Johnny and Anna grow up through their photos that Marge shared. Marge delighted her coworkers with her artistic skills. She would create a detailed sketch from a photo of their children. We all loved Marge and looked up to her. Marge will continue to live in our memories and cherished friendship. RIP my dear friend
