Siracusa, Marlise, - of Margate, passed away peacefully on Christmas Day, 2020 with her sister, Diana, and closest friends at her side. She was born on Christmas Eve in 1948 in Perth Amboy where she grew up. Marlise had an upbeat and positive outlook throughout her battle with pancreatic cancer for over a year. She always kept her faith strong and knew God was with her. She shared many happy moments with her nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Marlise's love was an inspiration to all who knew her. Her smile would brighten up any room. There was nothing Marlise liked better than an interesting conversation with a family member or good friends. She was committed to family and friends making certain all knew of her love and support. Marlise was employed at Resorts International since 1973 where she was a union shop steward for many years. She was a former Ford's model, certified massage practitioner, and reiki master. She loved to cook, garden, travel and was a great listener, advise giver, and terrific friend. Marlise was a charitable person with a deep spirituality. She was known for her great sense of humor and devotion to her family and friends. Marlise was always trying to enhance her knowledge by reading books and sharing what she read with others. One phase she always lived by was "Live in the moment, take one day at a time, enjoy family as much as possible." She was predeceased by her husband Melchior A. "Mike" Siracusa, parents; Marie and John Fesco; brother; Gary Fesco; and sister, Judy Manniello. Survivors include her sister, Diana Pulvirenti; her brothers, Larry Fesco and his wife Monica and Harry Fesco and his wife Sue; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Margate Community Church, 8900 Ventor Parkway, Margate on July 29 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
