BOYLE, MARY ANN C. (nee Furneisen), - 78, of Margate, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, May 1, 2021 after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease. Mary Ann was born March 4, 1943 and raised in the Ducktown section of Atlantic City. She attended Our Lady Star of the Sea Grammar School and Atlantic City High School. She met and married James A (Milt) Boyle, they moved to Ventnor where they raised their family before setting down roots in Margate. For as long as she could, Mary Ann enjoyed going to the beach, shopping, going out to lunch, reading, and planting her flowers in the spring. But one thing Parkinson's could not take away from her was her unconditional love and incredible energy for her family, friends and life. She is preceded in death by her parents Otto and Josephine (nee Daniels) Furneisen. Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 58 years James A. (Milt) Boyle; her children Dan Boyle (Karen), Dennis (Roberta), Judy Petrongolo (Greg), and Debbie Boyle; grandchildren Gary Stinson, Danny Boyle, Nicholas DiNicolantonio, Steven Boyle, Daniel Boyle, Annie Boyle, Nicholas Martino and Alexis Basquez; great-grandchildren Brooklyn and Raelyn; her brother James (Anna Marie) and his family Jamie, Rob and William Kiehm; and several loving nieces and nephews and a large supportive group of lifelong friends particularly Paula Merendino and Ruth Munn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated for Mary Ann Boyle 10:00am Saturday May 8, 2021 at Holy Trinity Parish, St. James Church 6415 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor, NJ 08406. Burial will be Private. So very sorry to read this. I have known Mary Ann since grade school. Even with all her problems and suffering she was always upbeat and pleasant whenever we would run into each other. RIP Mary Ann, you certainly have earned it. With Sympathy, Kathy Forde
