I met Steve when he was at Marriott and I was conducting a speakers program at a community college. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge of management and his ability to impart this knowledge to the learner.
Over the years I was to learn that Steve was more than a speaker, writer or innovator -- he was a force.

I will miss him.
