Indeed, Vickie is often in my thoughts and only fond memories of time together. She opened her home to so many so often and shared so many humorous moments with her great sense of humor. I was not related but
always I caused with Marvin’s cousin Lucile Shapiro. Every family occasion we were there. I am forever grateful and
miss her.

Vickie was definitely a joy to be around.
She was bright and humorous and all welcoming. I stayed with Vickie and Marvin the year before she passed and so enjoyed the two of them. I think of her often and miss her friendship.

It was a shock to learn of Vicki's passing. My memories began when we were in school in Atlantic City and ended when we graduated high school - memories of a lovely girl with beautiful skin and a ready smile and a kind of wonderful off the wall sense of humor. To all of you who were blessed to know and love her for so much longer I extend my deepest sympathies, especially to her beautiful and loving family. May you be blessed with peace and happy memories.

I have so many wonderful memories spanning a 30 year friendship. I will forever see Vicki walking the boardwalk beside me. She loved our dolphin sightings and loved watching the ocean. On sunny mornings, she was often prompted to belt out John Denver's "sunshine on the water looks so lovely..." My favorite memory would have to be the day Vickie and I took my daughter to Stockton for her pre-vet school exams. We were so bored, just sitting in the hallway waiting for her to finish. We found some textbooks left by a student on a window sill. One of those books was a book of plays. Vicki decided we should act out a play to pass the time. We were quiet at first, then gathered momentum and volume much to my daughter's chagrin. When she emerged from her exam, classes had changed and the 2 crazy ladies had drawn a crowd. In every way that mattered to me, Vicki was more than a friend- she was my partner in crime-she was Lucy to my Ethel and she was, most of all, my sister. Judy Mendelsohn

Dear Marvin and family,
I am so sorry to learn of Vicki's passing. She's been a wonderful friend in the casino industry as well as after we both left the business. I would run into her in so many local places, I'd recognize her friendly voice and I loved catching up with her like it was yesterday. My prayers are with you and I will sadly miss a wonderful friend.

We treasure the times we had together
with Marvin and Vicki. The hours just
rolled by with laughter and enjoyment.
She will always be in our hearts and
thoughts especially when we see the birds she so enjoyed and knew so much about.

We are all so sad to lose such a special family member. Vicki brought such joy to us every time she visited Virginia and always made us feel welcomed in Atlantic City. And in recent years, she always made my parents so comfortable when they would come to visit. My mom will especially miss their cyber-Scrabble games. If there was any way we could have been with you for the service, we would have. But circumstances here have prevented that. Please know we are all thinking of you and send our hugs and love.

So sorry for you all. I will always have the fondest memories. I still have the knitted dolls she made for my daughter ! And she used to help me many times with my algebra homework when I was in college. She was loved deeply by all her former colleagues and her smile and sense of humor will be with us forever.

Vicki was one of the nicest people I got to know in the Casino business. We dealt craps together in 1979, she had the smallest fingers I ever saw.
I just mentioned her 2 days ago. On Christmas she would try to give as many early outs to her co-workers as possible and would
end up doing overtime herself. I worked with her her entire casino career, and it way my pleasure to know her. Cathy McAllister-Bogucki
