CAROLINE BOSHER Obituary

Caroline Morris Bosher, 81, of Colonial Heights, Va., passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016, at the Colonial Heights Health Care Center. Born in Dinwiddie, Va., she was the daughter of the late George Mobley and Annie Mayes Morris; and was also preceded in death by her son, Robert Morris Bosher; and three sisters, Ernestine Chapman, Olive Barnes and Rachel Cauble. Mrs. Bosher was a graduate of Petersburg High School and later in life, she had worked for Petersburg Ford and Connie Hack Buick. She was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church in Colonial Heights and was a former member of the Colonial Heights Women of the Moose.

She is survived by her loving husband, Carlton R. Bosher, Sr.; one son, Carlton R. "Rudy" Bosher, Jr. and wife, Dianne; three grandchildren, Carlton R. Bosher, III, Jason L. Bosher and wife, Sheri, and Christine C. Bosher; four great-grandsons, Preston, Cayden, Jordan and Jaxson Bosher; one sister, Gladys Toom; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 27, 2016, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834, with the Rev. Terri Masoc officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, Va. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2016, at the funeral home. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
