I was very sorry to hear that John had passed away. We ate breakfast together several times a week for many years when I worked at SRMC. He was not only a friend but my personal physician as well. Our loss is heaven's gain. My sincere condolences to his family.

I was saddened to hear of the loss of Dr Feminella. My father (Dr. Herbert C Hoover) enjoyed working with him very much. He considered Dr. Feminella one of the best doctors he was ever associated with and he valued his friendship very much. He shall be deeply missed.

Dr. Feminella encapsulated everything wonderful that a person could ever hope to be, and he made it look easy. Many men achieve greatness, but Dr. Feminella also possesed patience and the rare ability to connect with people from all stations of life. I believe it was this quality that helped to make him such a special and beloved Doctor. We'll all miss him dearly. Many thoughts and prayers to the Feminella family.
