To the Stout family. Sorry for your loss. What I appreciated most about Roy was the fact that he earned respect on the job through his character and not the badge or gun.

Allen, upon my return from an extended out of state absence, I'm shocked and sadden to hear of Roy's passing. It was a pleasure knowing him and working with him. He did not hesitate to help or teach others. Please accept my sincere condolences and prayers for you and all of Roy's family.
