Anna Balasco Obituary
90, a resident of Victoria Court, where she received great care and affection from the professional staff passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving son on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Victor A. Balasco.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Rose (Capuano) Gianquitti.
She is survived by her loving son, Michael Balasco and his wife Penny and a cherished grandson, Andrew Balasco. She is also survived by her brothers, William and Robert Gianquitti and sisters, Corrine DiSarro and Evelyn Casale. She was the sister of the late Nicolas Gianquitti and Mary Moore.
Visiting hours will be Saturday, May 6th from 8:30am-10:30am at the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Ann's Church, 280 Hawkins St., Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. marianiandson.com
