Arnold Stockford

STOCKFORD, ARNOLD L. 88 of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Warwick passed away on April 8, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Marjorie P. (Cabana) Stockford for 62 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Cedric and Lillian (Mott) Stockford. Mr. Stockford was a Silversmith for Gorham Mfg. Co. for 45 years until his retirement. A Veteran of The United States Army and Coast Guard, he served in The Korean War. He and his wife were members of Warwick Central Baptist Church. He was the loving father of Ruth E. Hamilton and Mark A. Stockford, both of Warwick and Paul A. Stockford and his wife Patricia of Marshfield, MA. Cherished grandfather of four. Caring brother of Myrle D. Stockford and his wife Sandra of Scituate and the late C. Kenneth Stockford and Elsie Putnam. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 1:00 pm in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, 100 Harrison Avenue, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited.
