Bernie and I have been friends for over 40 years. We met when we both entered the Postal Service on May 21, 1966. Bernie was a wonderful person. He was a conscientious and diligent worker at the Postal Service. He was a great friend and a fine gentleman. My condolences to his wife Joan and her sons and family.
