I think of Bernice so often, always with a smile and fond heart. I have made 3 quilts for her family from fabric and needlework she left. I also have a few small quilted pieces which I hang seasonally to remember her by. She is an unforgettable person, who next to my grandmother, had a huge influence on me.

I have wonderful childhood memories of my Auntie,I grew up admiring her from afar. I will treasure the memories and wish she and her boys could of been a bigger part of our lives. Happy and blessed that I got to talk to Bernice before she passed.

I wish to extend my condolences to the family of Bernice Baer. The pain and sorrow you are experiencing now is very hard to bear, but time will lessen your grief. May you find comfort from the God of all comfort at this difficult time as you move through this mourning period.
