To the Stepinski Family,
Our hearts are filled with sadness with the news of Chucks passing. We are so sorry for your loss. Our house will not be the same with out him on the back deck in the summer. Our son will truly miss him as he always had to go see him every time we left. For almost 4 years he was our downstairs neighbor and it will feel like something is missing. But god has plans that we have no control over and he needed an Angel. Please accept our heart felt sympathy. Love Jessica, Bill, Little Will xoxo
