My deepest sympathy to Nicole, Debbie, Aunt Ruth and Uncle Dale and all my Calkins Cousins. Like Chuck I had the pleasure of backing our Frontman Cousin Dave! Once a week for 16 years we all hung out and played music together. A great gift handed down from our Mothers and Fathers. I can't express how much he will be missed by all who knew him. Dave, you were truly a great man. We didn't mean to hang the food bag over your tent in New Hampshire.... Thank you for all the great memories. Will miss you Cuz

I grew up with Dave since I was in grade school. We kept in touch and stayed friends over all these years, playing music together and riding our bikes. He sat in with my band just a couple of weeks before he passed. I will miss him. See you on the other side, Dave.
