Not sure what to say?

September 20, 2009

While I was sad to hear of the news of Mrs. Higginbotham's passing, I can't help but be overwhelmed with a sense of joy in having been one of her pupils at Randall Holden. She was a true saving grace for me during my time in elementary school and always made me feel special and included, despite being the fat, one-eyed, kinda-sissy about being a fat, socially awkward kid...
I won't forget that.
Peace and blessings to her and those she left behind.
