It is now October 5 and I just learned of Frank's passing. He and I were shipmates on board the USS Waddell. We were also "buddies." I am very sorry to learn of his passing - and his mother's as well. I will pray for Frank and his family.

To All the Sisto Family,
I just learned about Franks passing. Frank and I started teaching at New England Tech the same day and retired about the same time 24 years later. I always enjoyed long chats with Frank over the many year we worked together.
He will be missed.

To the Sisto family,
Please accept my condolences. I received an assoc. in electronics from NE Tech and Frank was one of the main reasons! What a wonderful teacher he was, kind and caring. I am very sorry for your loss.
