Giovanni Caprarelli Obituary
Born in Cranston, August 19, 1910, he was a son of the late Biagio and Theresa (Gross) Capraraelli. An avid fisherman, he was a former member of the Fishing Club of RI and of the Hunting Club of RI. He worked for 30 years as a molder at the Sea Board Foundry, and later worked in the maintenance department at the East Providence High School.
In addition to his wife, he leaves a son, John Caprarelli of San Dimas, CA, one grandson, John Richard Caprarelli and two great grandsons, James Michael and John Robert Caprarelli. He was the brother of the late Rosie Moretti.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the REBELLO FUNERAL HOME, 901 Broadway, East Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Martha's Church, 2595 Pawtucket Ave., East Providence. Entombment will follow at the mausoleum at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Calling hours will be Tuesday morning 8-9 a.m..
