Hollis Petri Obituary
76, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Roberts Health Center in North Kingstown after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Hollie is survived by his three children, Heather Vacca, Hollis Petri and Jason Petri; his grandchildren Dylan, Kiera, Alex and Elijah; his three siblings, David Petri, Charlie Petri and Nancy Schartner; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and his brother-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Hollie was born in Winchester, MA to the late August and Edith Petri. After enlisting in the Army, he returned to work in his family warehousing business. Hollie was a longtime resident of Milford, MA and Exeter, RI. Hollie will be remembered for his larger than life personality and generosity. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him
There are no formal funeral services planned. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Kindred Hospice 2374 Post Road, Suite 206, Warwick, RI 02886.

Sorry Charlie and David and Nancy. I worked at State Freight with Elisa back in the 80's. I remember Hollie well and feel badly about his passing. He was such a nice, fun guy.

Holly is a great and wonderful high school friend who added to a long list of wonderful adventures as teenagers. Wishing we had more time. I imagine Holly is greatly over and is just as greatly missed. The memories will last. See you later Holly.

Uncle Hollie,
