J. Vaillancourt Obituary

VAILLANCOURT, J. NORMAND L., PH.D., 77, of Woonsocket, died Friday, January 7, 2011 in Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Alice L. (Paquin) Vaillancourt. Born in Greenville, NH, he was the son of the late Adelard and Camilla Vaillancourt. He is survived by three children, J. Normand and Mercy Vaillancourt and Christina Kilcline. He was the father of the late Maycee M. Vaillancourt. His funeral will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 9AM from Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in St. Agatha's Church, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland. Calling hours are Tuesday from 4-7PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to La Salette Ministries, 947 Park St, Attleboro, MA 02703 or to Sisters of Mercy Ministries, 15 Sumner Brown Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864.
