Don, I was saddened to read of Janice's passing. I remembered reconnecting with you at Chan's in March after a great Rose Weaver show and you called me over to ask if I was Sue Byrnes' daughter. Then recounted stories of Ida - great memories.
May your fond memories of Janice be your source of strength.

Dear Peter and family, So very sorry to learn of your mother's passing. Surprisingly, all the years I have know you, I never realized that I knew your mom when I was growing up the next street over from your grandmother's home. Jan was a wonderful hairstylist who was very friendly with my mom. In fact, her first salon was on Smith Street and my family frequented her business regularly. As years passed and lives changed and you were a student at NPH, I wish I had know that you were one of her beloved children! Maybe I would have had the chance to reconnect with her! She was the best and will be remembered fondly. May she rest in peace.

Our main contact with you and Janice was at the Atlantic Beach Club and we always found her to be very kind and gracious.
