Joan Harrop Obituary
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Harold and Matilda (Etherington) Springthorpe, she had been a resident of Cumberland for 6 years before moving to Harmony 43 years ago.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Kenneth Harrop of Haverill, MA, William Harrop of Woonsocket and Sandra Feole of Seabrook, NH, her grandchildren, Micheala, Marissa, Victoria and Jacob Feole, her sister Lois Neilson of Narragansett and several cousins.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 am in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave. (Rte.44) Greenville. Visitation Saturday 9-10 am. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Bristol. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimers Association, 245 Waterman St., Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906 will be appreciated.
