With deepest sympathy to you all on your father's loss. We were so lucky to meet this great man in Key West when he was wintering on his boat. He brought us to all the little hideouts that we would have never found. A great man. May he rest in peace.

To the Lawless family, We were so saddened by your father's passing. Larry and I have wonderful, treasured memories of your father (and Uncle Jim), on John's boat, at the cafe and on a deck that he and Larry built. The absolute salt of the earth! We now reside in Florida, or else would be at the service. Our most sincere sympathy to all of you and we celebrate his life!

Dear Patrick,

Lou and I want to extend our sincere condolences to you and your brothers and sisters on your loss. Your dad was a talented, honest and sincere man; hard to find these days. Know that he is at rest and stay close to one another with your memories. Love to all of you, Trish and Lou Degidio

To all the Lawless children: I visited your home when you were little with my father, Tom Quinn. Daddy and John worked at Nicholson File together. My father LOVED your father. He felt that John Lawless was a true kindred spirit. When John worked as a carpenter, Daddy hired John to put a second floor on the house in Narragansett. Daddy built the house over a period of years. His spirit is in that house, and so is the spirit of John Lawless. John was a lovely and true Irishman. May God Bless you during this time of sadness in the loss to you all.
