John Zuromski Obituary

ZUROMSKI, JOHN S., 93, of Mayfair Road, passed away at the Oakland Grove Nursing Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of the late Alice (Aubin) Zuromski. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Stanley and Sophie (Niechwiedowicz) Zuromski. He resided in Cumberland for the past 55 years, previously residing in Pawtucket. Mr. Zuromski was employed as a Service Technician for Rowe Vending Inc. for many years. He was an avid bowler and played for many area softball teams. He leaves one son Steven L. Zuromski and his wife Vicki of Hopedale, MA; one son-in-law, James Mousseau of Cumberland; three grandchildren, Steven Zuromski, Gary Mousseau, and Amy Betro; one sister, Jennie Morris of Denver, CO and one brother Stanley Zuromski of Camden, SC. He was the father of the late Gail Mousseau and grandfather of the late Jill Zuromski, and brother of the late Stasia Regula, Agnes "Ida" DiCarlo and Anna Fusi. A celebration of his life will be held with a prayer service on Monday at 11:30 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting Hours will be held Monday from 10 to 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Cumberland Senior Center, 1464 Diamond Hill Rd # 1 Cumberland, RI 02864. To the Zuromski Family-
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I hope the memories of happier times bring you comfort as you grieve the loss of Mr. Zuromski. We thank you for the privledge of being able to care for your father at Oakland Grove. He will be missed by the staff and the residents who knew him.
