Joseph Cullion

CULLION, JOSEPH A. SR. 85, of Lower River Road, passed away Wendesday in the Grandview Center, Cumberland. He was the husband of the late Ruth A. (Higgins) Cullion. Born in Lincoln, he was the son of the late Edward and Hazel (Woodbridge) Cullion. He was a life-long resident of Lincoln. He was a lifetime member of Local 4, Operating Engineers of Boston. He worked for Consolidated Bridge Inc, Courtois S & G, and Forte Brothers. He was communicant of the St. Jude Church, Lincoln. He was a member of the Quinnville Fire Department and the ABQ Club. He leaves his two sons, Joseph A. Cullion Jr. and his wife Nancy, of Cumberland, Mark A. Cullion and his wife Susan of Block Island; one daughter Kathleen C. Daigle and her husband Raymond of Cumberland; seven grandchildren, Dr. Kathleen Cullion and her husband Trevor Cowan, Michael J. Cullion, Kara Cullion, Lee Joseph Cullion, Tori Cullion, Erin Daigle, Joshua Daigle; and several nieces and nephews. He was the longtime companion of Jeanne Foisy. He was the father of the late Michael T. Cullion and brother of the late Edward J. Cullion, John L. Cullion. A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday at 9 AM from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Jude Church, Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Cumberalnd. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting Hours will be held Monday 4 to 7 PM.
