Joseph Rossi

ROSSI, JOSEPH A. SR. 85, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 17, 2013. He was the husband of the late Theresa A. (Izzo) Rossi. Born in West Warwick, he was the son of the late Peter and Maria (Padula) Rossi. Joseph was an employee of Browns Dairy on Park Ave in Cranston for over 25 years before retiring. He was also a lifelong farmer on his family farm in Cranston. He is survived by his children, Allan Rossi, Sr. and his wife Tina, Ronald Rossi and his wife Cheryl, Joseph Rossi, Jr. and his wife Gina and Anne Levesque and her husband Phil, all of Cranston. Joseph also was the grandfather of Allan, Jr., Deana, Ana, Rebecca, Andrew, Victoria, Olivia and Paige and the great grandfather of Alana and Chase. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston immediately following. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
