Laura Lee "Laurie" Chiello

Chiello, Laura "Laurie" Lee,
65, of North Providence, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. She was the best friend and beloved wife of Jonathan D. "Jody" Chiello, they would have been married 40 years in September.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Dorothy A. (Burke) Slattery.
Laurie worked as a Regional Sales Manager for USA Today for many years before retiring. After retirement, she spent her time with her family, who were truly her world.
In addition to her husband Jody, she leaves three incredible daughters, Nicole E. Chiello, Christi L. Chiello, and Bethani L. Chiello, two brothers; William J. "Chip" Slattery, Jr., and Michael G. Slattery, and a grandchild, her "monkey man", Kyler J. Chiello.
Laurie was a passionate and hysterical riot who's love for her family was undeniable. She always knew just what to say and do to comfort her daughters, who meant the absolute world to her. Limitless laughter filled her marriage and spilled over into their entire home. She loved, lived and laughed fiercely. The support she has given to her family, will be carried with them for all of eternity. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Her funeral will begin on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 8:45 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rte. 117) Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
