Coach D'Errico was a teammate with my Dad at BU. They both went on to be HS coaches and would reunite through the years at football coaches clinics. I remember meeting him. He was a class act.

Prayers to the D'Errico family.

Losing my uncle Len is more than losing a family member, we have lost our Patriarch of our family!!! His presence was always there during good times and bad. He has left a big void in our lives! He will be sadly missed! I love you Uncle...you have impacted many lives! RIP...you did good !

My family and I are very sorry to hear about Len's passing. I played football for Oyster Bay High School in 1966 where Len coached my senior season. We won the league championship. Len was a great coach and friend. I have many fond memories of those days.

With sincere sympathy,
Bob and Sue Warren

Thank you coach for your dedication to teaching manhood and fair play to your many students and players! You always taught us to play hard but fair! I still think I have your footprint on my butt, but believe me, I wear it with pride! God bless you and your family! A great man and neighbor!

As a high school football coach at Spaulding in the 50's where we won two State Championships, he had a way of getting more out of you than you knew you had. He was hard, but fair.
