I am deeply saddened at the news of Pat's passing and my deep and sincere condolences to Pat's family and friends. Pat was a Boy Scout and it was my pleasure to be a part of his scouting years as a Scout Master from the time Pat was a Webelos until Pat achieved the rank of Life Scout. Pat was a true leader following and exemplifying the Scout Law. We have lost a man that made a difference and would have continued to do great things had he been given the time. Life is truly precious and the loss of Pat is a loss for all of us.

Just so sad. First word that comes to mind for Pat was "nice.". I worked with Pat for 10+ years. He must have been an absolutely fantastic dad. I will miss him.

Stephanie,
My condolences for this loss. I will miss one of those handful of friends I have known since I was 12 that I remained friends with all these years. Pat was one of kind- unique, intelligent, silly, compassionate, resilient, and a million other wonderful traits. I will miss him.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of my colleague and friend. We shared a daily commute into work on the train. We would talk about sports (Patriots mostly), family, and the activities of our children. Funny we never spent much time talking about work. Pat was always reading a book, usually about history, or playing solitaire on his phone. I will miss our conversations. I was on a plane for the last 5-minutes of the Super Bowl and prayed that they would win for Pat as that was his team. Hey Pat - they won in miraculous fashion!! God bless Stephanie, Connor, and Pat's entire family during this difficult time.

Wow. What can I say? I'm so sad. I worked with Pat for many years, as he was one of our portfolio analysts at Wellington. (I withdrew from the partnership June 2012.) He was detailed, thoughtful, kind, considerate, fun and in a word, wonderful. In the midst of challenges, Pat was calm, and trust me, we had our share of market challenges. Tom Pappas emailed me this weekend, and I am devastated, so I can only imagine the pain the family is feeling right now. May you, family members, be comforted by the knowledge that Pat is no longer in pain now and that he made a difference to others during his short time in this world.
Warm regards, Valerie Mosley
